Fresh Black Cod, also known as Sablefish, is a buttery, fatty, flaky white fish which is packed with Omega-3’s. The texture is silky and moist and has a beautiful snow-white appearance when cooked. It is almost impossible to overcook this fish because of its high oil content and is hence very forgiving. We source our fresh Black Cod out of Southeast Alaska and the Gulf of Alaska.
